IMG, the PR and event management giant and HP global customer, has been one of the backbone accounts of SSSPL. We have been working together for over five years, providing products and services directly or indirectly to the organization in all Class A cities. The statement, “SSSPL will be responsible for all deliveries and post-sales support to IMG,” speaks volumes of our relationship with the company.
Most recently, SSSPL worked with IMG during the Indian Premier League’s 20/20 cricket series. We provided IT, Telecom services and helped set up office infrastructure, including complete network routing, firewall and ISP connectivity, at six venues simultaneously. We serviced the venues 24x7 throughout the 60-day cricket series.

Apart from providing turnkey IT assistance to DA--an NGO working on providing sustainable livelihood in India’s rural areas--under the NGO’s Poorest Areas Civil Society program, SSSPL provided 260 IBM Lenovo laptops to 259 locations across five PACS program states, trained DA counselors—mostly first-time users—and appointed service/support providers at every site.
PACS, a seven-year program, is aimed at empowering million of people living below the poverty line. The program today covers 93 districts in six states through a network of over 665 civil society organizations.
SSSPL delivered, installed and trained counselors at every site, most of them first-time users. We also appointed service/ support providers at every site. |

* The challenge was to deliver and install 90 HP Desktops and 47 HP Printers at 23 locations across India, including small towns. The logistics were handled dynamically within the given timeframe. Some desktops were found to be damaged at the time of delivery, which were replaced immediately at no extra cost.
* Delivery and installation of 23 Lenovo ThinkPad Notebooks in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore in the shortest time possible. Here, the challenge was to download the notebook and OS drivers and then install it before handing over it to the end users.
* Delivery and installation of 15 HP Desktops and 15 High-end Printers in 10 locations within India.
* Installation of 10 APC OnLine 2 KVA UPS systems in various RBIL plants and offices with batteries and Rack & Links, including Zirakpur, Jaipur, Dehradun and Kanpur. In some of the locations SSSPL completed the project in association with national distributor Redington India Ltd for routing / backend for all value-added services. We continue to provide post-sales support services at these sites. |

A long-standing partnership
For over eight years now, SSSPL has been working with Siemens Nokia, a global customer of HP. Over time, we have graduated from providing small deliveries to completing large projects, on over seven categories of principals. SSSPL has so far provided over Rs 50 crore of business to Siemens in diverse locations, with the best-possible pre- and post-sales support services.

Established in the year 1950, under the name of Khurana Brothers by its Chairman Mr. V.P. Khurana, the group boasts of six companies and varied areas of operation. In printing, document imaging, banking equipment and services, stationery, plastic division, CBSL is a name to reckon with. Their mission is to use SSSPL’s comprehensive business creation capabilities, are based on core strengths like information, network coverage, and trust.
CBSL has its operations in NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Bhopal, Indore and Lucknow and has recently entered the world of digital printing for “print on demand” segment.
For the past three years, SSSPL has:
* Executed multi-location deals in various branches and manufacturing units
* Supplied IBM servers, storage products, notebooks, PCs, HP higher end network laser printers.
* Provided local support in various offices across north, east and central India.
* Delivered 1,000+Desktops and 25 9050 DN (A3 Laser) network printers at all remote locations till date. |
